What are the "Sonrics Rockaleta Display"?
The "Rockaleta" is a delicious Mexican lollipop belonging to the Sonrics brand, which is divided into four different layers that vary with sweet, sour and spicy flavors.
The first layer of the rich popsicle is chili, the second offers the sour flavor of lemon, the third gives a sweeter touch thanks to pineapple, the fourth contains the citrus flavor of orange and finally there is the little chewing gum in its center.

How does the "Sonrics Rockaleta Display" look?
The delicious “Rockaleta” lollipops come inside a small cardboard display that contains all the important information about the candy as well as the ability to store up to thirty individual pieces of these popsicles.
You will be able to notice that most of the display is black but that it has certain touches of color that stand out much more thanks to it.
In the central part you can see the illustration of some orange and yellow flames of fire where the illustration of the Rockaleta stands out showing each of the different layers it contains.
Above that illustration you can also see another illustration of the rich lollipop, only this time it will look a bit more cartoonish and with a funny face, sunglasses and fire flames that simulate a mane of hair.
You can see the small logo of the Sonrics brand in one of the upper corners and in the central part the name of the candy "Rockaleta" written with yellow letters that are surrounded by semi-thick black, red and white borders that stand out with everything else on the display.
But that's not all, because once you open the display and take out one of the Mexican lollipops from inside you will realize that they have a cellophane wrapper with the same color palette and the same design as the display except for a few changes.

How can you eat them?
When you have the display in your possession, you will have to remove the plastic layer that is sealing it and finally open the cardboard box to remove one of the packages inside.
Once you have the package in your hands, with the help of your fingers and some force or with a pair of scissors you will have to open it and take the delicious lollipop.
You can begin to feel a subtle sweet and spicy essence invading your nostrils and awakening your taste buds. Once you have the popsicle is when you can suck it until you savor each of the layers or bite, chew and mix each of the flavors.
How should you taste it to have a better experience?

Instead of feeling the candy from each layer melt against your palate, you would have felt your teeth go through each chewy, sugary, gooey layer, combining the flavors in a single bite to finally reach the center where the gum was.

The level of spiciness with which the Mexican "Rockaleta" lollipop has, according to my personal opinion and my tolerance level for spicy things, is something "Medium", which ultimately can vary from person to person since everyone has different degrees of spiciness tolerance.

¿Qué son las Sonrics Rockaleta Display?
La “Rockaleta” es una deliciosa paleta mexicana perteneciente a la marca Sonrics, que se divide en cuatro diferentes capas que varían con sabores dulces, agrios y picosos.
La primera capa de la rica paleta es de chile, la segunda ofrece el sabor ácido del limón, la tercera da un toque más dulce gracias a la piña, la cuarta contiene el sabor cítrico de la naranja y finalmente se encuentra la pequeña goma de mascar en su centro.

¿Cómo se miran las Sonrics Rockaleta Display?
Las ricas paletas “Rockaleta” vienen en el interior de un pequeño display de cartón que contiene toda la información importante del dulce así como la capacidad de guardar hasta treinta piezas individuales de estas paletas.
Podras notar que la mayor parte del display es de un color negro pero que cuenta con ciertos toques de color que resaltan mucho mas gracias a este mismo.
En la parte central podrás ver la ilustración de unas anaranjadas y amarillas llamas de fuego por donde sobresale la ilustración de la Rockaleta mostrando cada una de las diferentes capas que contiene.
Encima de esa ilustración también podrás ver otra ilustración de la rica paleta, solo que en esta ocasión se verá un tanto más caricaturesca y con una mueca divertida, lentes de sol y llamas de fuego que simulan ser una melena de cabello.
Podras ver el pequeño logo de la marca Sonrics en una de las esquinas superiores y en la parte central el nombre del dulce “Rockaleta” escrito con letras amarillas que se encuentran rodeadas de unos semi gruesos bordes negros, rojos y blancos que resaltan con todo lo demas del display.
Pero eso no es todo, ya que una vez que abras el display y saques una de las paletas mexicanas de su interior te darás cuenta que estas cuentan con una envoltura de celofán con la misma paleta de colores y el mismo diseño del display a excepción de unos cuantos cambios.

¿Cómo puedes comertelos?
Cuando tengas el display en tu posesión, tendrás que quitarle la capa de plástico que se encuentra sellándolo y abrir finalmente la caja de cartón para sacar uno de los paquetes de su interior.
Una vez que tengas el paquete en tus manos, con ayuda de tus dedos y algo de fuerza o con un par de tijeras lo tendrás que abrir y tomar la rica paleta.
Podrás comenzar a sentir una sutil esencia dulce y picosa invadiendo tus fosas nasales y despertando tus papilas gustativas. Una vez que tengas la paleta es cuando podrás chuparla hasta saborear cada una de las capas o morder, masticar y mezclar cada uno de los sabores.
¿Cómo debes saborearlos para tener una mejor experiencia?
Con la primera saboreada que le des a la rica paleta, empezarás a sentir el picoso sabor de la capa y a la algo granulada superficie tocando cada centímetro de tu boca.
Cada una de las partículas de chile en polvo que se encuentran en la primera capa se irán desprendiendo en tu paladar y dándote esa sensación tan deliciosa de picosidad que los mexicanos tanto aman.
Finalmente después de un rato, llegarás a la segunda capa que te golpeara con un sabor ácido creado a la esencia del limón, luego con la tercera capa el sabor dulce y empalagoso de la piña se combinara con el resto de sabores creando algo agridulce y picoso, para finalmente verse completado con el cítrico sabor de la naranja que dejara sutiles cosquilleos en tus papilas gustativas.
Cada sensación y sabor se quedará durante varios momentos sobre tu lengua y podrás ir saboreando e intercalando cada uno de ellos a tu elección.
Pero si en lugar de chupar la rica paleta habías decidido morder su consistencia, la experiencia hubiera cambiado un poco. En lugar de sentir el caramelo de cada capa derretirse contra tu paladar hubieras sentido como tus dientes traspasaba cada capa masticable, azucarada y pegajosa, combinando los sabores en una sola mordida para finalmente llegar al centro donde la goma de mascar se encontraba.

El nivel de picante con el que la paleta mexicana “Rockaleta” cuenta segun mi opinion personal y mi nivel de tolerancia para cosas picantes, es algo “Medio”, el cual en definitiva puede variar de persona a persona ya que todos tienen diferentes grados de tolerancia con la picosidad.
